Mayo Clinic Headache Symposium 2025 - Live (in-person)

The Mayo Clinic Headache Symposium is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to diagnose, manage, and treat primary and secondary headache disorders, including migraine. Attendees will explore various headache pathologies through engaging lectures, expert panel discussions, and interactive question and answer sessions. This symposium features an interactive workshop that consists of hands-on injection training and cadaver anatomy review.

Target Audience
All practitioners who evaluate and treat patients with migraine and other headache disorders including internists, practitioners in family medicine, emergency medicine, and OB/GYN, neurologists and allied health professionals.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Examine the management of secondary headache disorders.
- Describe comprehensive treatment plans for frequently encountered primary headache disorders.
- Recognize newer treatments for migraine disorders.
- Identify techniques for the administration of onabotulinumtoxinA in patients with headache disorders.
- Recognize the clinical features of low-pressure headache syndromes.
- Examine the pathophysiology of high-pressure headaches.
