A limited block of rooms are reserved for attendees and their guests at the group rate of $239 per night, plus tax. Call for reservations at 1(888)707-9325and identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Neuroscience Convergence Course or reserve online.

Group rates will be extended to conference attendees three days prior to and three days after the conference based on availability. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  Overnight parking at the resort is $40 per night.

Hotel Policies

• Cancellation at our Orlando vacation resort is permitted up to five days prior to arrival
• Check-In: 4 p.m. / Check-Out: 11 a.m.
• All guest rooms and public areas are non-smoking; there are designated outdoor smoking areas
• Valet parking fee: $40 daily
