This session builds on foundational knowledge of Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) through case-based learning. Using real-world scenarios, participants explore treatment decision-making, risk assessment, and strategies to address barriers to successful outcomes.

Target Audience

This course is designed for allied health professionals, nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, resident/fellows, and healthcare professionals working in a public healthcare setting.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply knowledge of LTBI pathophysiology to analyze clinical cases. 

  • Evaluate LTBI treatment options and dosing strategies. 

  • Develop approaches to overcome common challenges in LTBI management.
