This course provides practical education on bispecific antibodies (BsAbs), including mechanisms, clinical use, and community implementation. Participants will review dosing strategies, toxicity recognition and management (CRS, ICANS, infections), remote monitoring, and evidence-based workflows to safely deliver BsAbs in outpatient settings using real-world data.
Target Audience
This course is open to Mayo Clinic employees via invitation only and the Physician and APP populations.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Review the role and strategy for implementation of bispecific antibodies within the community practice.
- Recognize how to manage unique bispecific antibody associated toxicities, specifically related to step-up dosing like cytokine release syndrome and immune effector cell associated neurotoxicity syndrome, by applying standardized workflows for outpatient, community practice implementation.
