Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science designates live activity for a maximum of 28.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
16.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are designated for the general session and an additional 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ can be claimed (please note some are concurrent sessions) if you sign up for 6 of the following modules: 

• 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are designated for the ABIM SEP Module: Care for the Underserved Workshop 
• 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are designated for the ABIM SEP Module: 2016 Update in Hospice and Palliative Medicine Workshop 
• 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are designated for the ABIM SEP Module: 2016 Update in Geriatric Medicine Workshop 
• 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are designated for the ABIM SEP Module: 2016 Update in Cardiovascular Disease Workshop 
• 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are designated for the ABIM SEP Module: 2016 Update in Internal Medicine Workshop 
• 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are designated for the ABIM SEP Module: 2016 Update in Hospital Medicine Workshop 
• 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ are designated for the ABIM SEP Module: 2016 Update in Infectious Disease Workshop 

Other Health Care Professionals 
A certificate of attendance will be provided to other health care professionals for requesting credits in accordance with state nursing boards, specialty societies, or other professional associations.
