This conference is designed for RNs, LPNs, MA's and Social Workers working in ambulatory care settings including primary care and subspecialties. Topics will include immunizations, behavioral health, artificial intelligence, new unlicensed roles, wellbeing, and more. Patient populations will include pediatrics through adult.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe ambulatory initiatives related to workplace violence, dedicated education units, and unlicensed roles.

ASWB
As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course receive 4.50 clinical continuing education credits.
