Holistic Health and Well-Being 2022 Online CNE Conference
Overview
The Holistic Health and Well-Being Online Conference includes evidence-based overviews of a variety of holistic approaches for mind, body, and spirit well-being. The purpose of this conference is to provide participants with a variety of strategies for health and healing self-care including Chinese herbs, medical cannabis, self as healer, and processing pandemic grief.
**This conference is approved to offer NBHWC (#100103) and Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training continuing education credits.
Target Audience
This online CNE conference is designed for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify the role of body, mind, and spirit in health and well-being.
- Explore self-care practices and methods to incorporate them in a healthcare practice.
- Experience holistic health and well-being practices from a variety of traditions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cne@mayo.edu.
If the cancellation is made prior to the start of the activity, a refund less an administration fee of $25 will be issued. If the cancellation is made after the start of the activity, no refund will be issued. All refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
