The 2025 Holistic Health and Well-Being Conference will be a unique experience that includes evidence-based overviews of a variety of holistic approaches for mind, body, and spirit well-being. The purpose of this conference is to provide participants with a variety of strategies for self-care which can be incorporated in their practice and inspire whole person care. There will be an opportunity for experiential learning. Topics will include wellness at work, strategies for self-care, nutrition, grief, functional medicine, cultural practices, and many more.

Target Audience
This nursing conference is designed for nurses, social workers and healthcare professionals in all holistic health roles.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe self-care strategies to promote health and well-being.
- Outline how physical health, mental health, and spirituality impact overall health and well-being.
- List holistic and integrative nursing practices that can be applied to care of patients.
