The 2023 Orthopedic Nursing Conference will explore a variety of topics impacting orthopedic patients in a fast-paced, ever-changing world of healthcare. We will present a variety of topics including regenerative medicine, health disparities in pain management, trending surgical procedures, nurse research, and pediatric orthopedic oncology with a patient story.
Target Audience
This conference is designed for nurses, physical therapists and all other healthcare professionals involved in the care of orthopedic patients.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify updates in orthopedic treatment options
- Outline the nurse role in research
- Describe nursing considerations caring for pediatric orthopedic patients
- List two benefits of orthopedic nursing certification

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Welcome to the Orthopedic 2023 CNE Nursing Conference. Course materials will be available at the registration check-in an hour before the start of the conference or online.
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cne@mayo.edu.
If the cancellation is made prior to the start of the activity, a refund less an administration fee of $25 will be issued. If the cancellation is made after the start of the activity, no refund will be issued. All refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
Required Hardware/software
A webcam and microphone is required for optimal attendance and participation in the livestream conference.
