Orthopedic Nursing Conference -2021 CNE Online Conference
Overview
The 2021 Orthopedic Nursing Conference will explore a variety of topics impacting orthopedic patients in a fast-paced, ever-changing world of healthcare. We will present a variety of topics including an amputation mini symposium along with joint replacement and orthopedic procedures, updates on the opioid crisis, and patient experiences.

Target Audience
This conference is designed for nurses, physical therapists, social workers, and all other healthcare professionals involved in the care of orthopedic patients.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify updates in orthopedic procedures and treatments.
- Outline the nurse's role in caring for orthopedic patients.
- Describe the importance of patient education both pre and post procedure.
- List one way to enhance nursing orthopedic practice based on a patient experience.
