Learning Objectives

Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Evaluate torsional movements during indirect ophthalmoscopy
  • Incorporate dynamic ocular torsion into clinical diagnosis
  • Alter clinical management accordingly
     
  • Identify the signs and symptoms of Horner’s syndrome and how they may be distinguished from pseudo-Horner’s syndrome
  • Formulate an appropriate workup for a patient presenting with anisocoria and ptosis.
