Target Audience
This course is designed for neurologists, neurosurgeons, interventional neuroradiologists, primary care physicians, emergency department physicians, neurology residents, vascular neurology fellows and stroke center team members including nurse practitioners, nurses, PAs, physical and occupational therapists and speech therapists.

- Define updates in stroke and cerebrovascular diseases, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke
- Review common questions in the management of unruptured aneurysms
- Review anticoagulants selection of stroke patients including newer direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs)
- Define new knowledge in cerebral amyloid angiopathy
- Review criteria for decompressive hemicraniectomy after large hemispheric infarction stroke
- Define ESUS (embolic stroke of undetermined source) and cryptogenic stroke
- Define an individualized or precision medicine approach to aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Live Activities:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
Online/Enduring Material Activities:
Customers may cancel their participation from an online activity if no credit has been claimed and a written request is made within 30 days of purchase. A full refund minus a maximum $75.00 administrative fee will be provided. Administrative fees might be lower on activities that were initially $150 or less. Customer is responsible for inquiring about the administrative fee in advance if they are concerned.
