This course is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively identify, interpret, and apply therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in the context of Tuberculosis (TB) treatment.

Target Audience

This course is designed for allied health professionals, nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, resident/fellows, and healthcare professionals working in a public healthcare setting.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify TB cases warranting therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM)
  • Describe laboratory assessments for accurate TDM results interpretation
  • Interpret and apply TDM results to adjust TB drug therapy
  • Locate resources to assist with TB TDM
