Reservations must be made by August 31, 2026 or before the group rooms are sold out, whichever comes first.  Prevailing rates may apply after this date or when the group rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first. Rooms are subject to availability. Group rates apply three days prior to and three days after the course dates, based on availability.

All guestroom rates are subject to and do not include the following:

• 11% tax
• $40 daily resort fees (subject to change)
• Mandatory $2.50 housekeeping gratuity per room, per night, plus 11.5% tax
• Mandatory $7.00 one-time Porterage fee per person, plus 11.5% tax

The Resort Fee is subject to tax which is currently 11% and provides for:
- Long-distance phone access (toll-free, credit card & collect calls)
- Unlimited local calls (town of Rio Grande only)
- Internal Resort shuttle transportation
- Unlimited use of Fitness Center
- Daily local English newspaper
- Use of in-room safe
- Unlimited driving range golf balls

- Beach & Pool Towels, Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas
- Beach Attendant Service
- 2 Complimentary Bottled Waters in Room with Daily Replenishment

All travel and lodging expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
