Dr. Sara Bonnes is the medical director of the Healthy Longevity Clinic at Mayo Clinic Rochester. She is board-certified in internal medicine and lifestyle medicine. Throughout her career, she has integrated nutrition and lifestyle medicine expertise into patient care, focusing on preventing chronic diseases. With growing patient interest in improving health span, she is collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including dietitians, exercise specialists, pharmacists, resiliency experts, and researchers to develop a clinic that offers an individualized, patient-centered, evidence-based approach to healthy longevity.
This course is intended for alumni of the Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training Program seeking continuing education for their Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Certification. It is not approved for on-demand delivery, Alumni learners must view the content during the hour posted for the live activity, as well as complete a course survey and evaluation to access an attendance certificate.

- Must be an alumni of the 12-week Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training Program.
- Must attend and actively participate for the full session 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm, CT. Only those who attend live gain access to:
- Complete a quiz, achieving a score of 100%. (Two attempts allowed.)
- Complete a brief course survey. (Your feedback is greatly appreciated!)
- Access the certificate of attendance you may save/print for recertification purposes.
