The Mayo Clinic Care Network CNO Fly-In gives the members of the Chief Nursing Officer Affinity group a chance to connect, share experiences, and dive deep into a topic of importance to the group. This year’s theme is Nursing Recruitment and Retention: Hiring and Keeping Nurses Beyond Their First Year. A draft agenda will be shared in the coming weeks.

An optional dinner will be held on Wednesday, January 29 at 6:30 pm at the hotel for those whose travel aligns. 

Target Audience

This course is designed for members of the Mayo Clinic Care Network Chief Nursing Officer affinity group.

Learning Objectives

Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Summarize the many structural components that support nursing staff entering the professional environment.
  • Describe the tactics to create an environment that promotes a meaningful employee experience.
