Wednesday, March 4
6:00 pm - Welcome reception at One Ocean Resort and Spa on the Azurea Patio
Thursday, March 5
7:00 am - Shuttle transportation from One Ocean Resort and Spa to Mayo Clinic campus
7:30 am - Breakfast and Registration
8:00 am - General session begins
3:00 pm - General session adjourns
3:30 pm - Tour of Mayo Clinic (optional)
4:30 pm - Shuttle transportation to One Ocean Resort and Spa
A block of guest rooms have been reserved for attendees at One Ocean Resort and Spa (1 Ocean Boulevard, Atlantic Beach, FL) with a special rate of $185, per night, plus tax for Run of House Deluxe Ocean View Guestrooms.
In addition to the room rate, there is a reduced daily resort fee of $17, plus tax. The resort fee includes resort-wide WiFi access, local and toll free calls, and access to 24-hour fitness facilities.
Reservations can be made by calling 904-249-7402 and identifying yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Care Network Marketing and Communications Affinity Group Meeting. The group rate is available three days pre and three days post meeting, subject to availability. Reservations must be made prior to February 10, 2020, to be eligible for the group rate. Reservations may be made after this date based on space and rate availability.
Travel and Ground Transportation
One Ocean Resort and Spa is located approximately 40 minutes (25 miles) from the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). All ground transportation services including rental car agencies, taxi and limousine services are located on the lower level of the terminal building adjacent to baggage claim. Uber and Lyft services are also available.
Shuttle transportation will be provided between One Ocean Resort and Spa and the Mayo Clinic campus at the beginning and end of the meeting.
Parking at the Resort
Overnight valet parking will be available to all registered guests at a rate of $17 per day, plus tax. On-property self-parking is not available.
Lodging and transportation arrangements are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
