Baseball and Softball Summit Live Web Cast 2018
The live webcast version of the course will be broadcast in central standard time.
This first time course will look at the continued epidemic in baseball and softball around overuse injuries, new standards and guidelines being put into place for compliance and the rise in UCL injuries requiring “Tommy John surgery”. The course will be specific to care of injuries, prevention of injuries, and performance in the baseball and softball athlete. It will showcase a lot of the top experts in the field as presenters.
The live portion of the course has 8.75 available credit hours (8.25 for PTs). There is online content available for attendees to view before and/or after the live course for an additional 1.5 credit hours at no additional charge. Attendees click here to access.

Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Demonstrate arm care exercises to help prevent injuries.
- Review the most up to date procedures for UCL reconstruction.
- Analyze mechanical issues that may result in injury for a pitcher.
