Hysteroscopy/Minimally Invasive Fibroid Workshop
The Minimally Invasive Fibroid Treatment workshop will focus on techniques to identify, remove or shrink uterine fibroids. We will utilize both virtual reality and hands on “wet lab” simulators to teach techniques in operative hysteroscopy and radiofrequency ablation. Participants will be able to perform hysteroscopy using a wide range of instruments and learn about fluid management, management of bleeding, and preoperative evaluation for treating fibroids. Faculty will be available for hands on teaching as well as video review of surgical technique.
