Transforming Women's Health enables healthcare providers to improve care of female patients. Course topics include emerging scientific and clinical evidence related to medical conditions that are unique to women, occur more frequently in women, or present differently in women.

Target Audience
This activity is appropriate for healthcare professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and others with an interest in women’s health.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss an approach for prevention and management of obesity in midlife women
- Review the updated recommendations for hormone therapy use in menopausal women
- Review the latest evidence on breast cancer risk with menopausal hormone therapy use

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 17.75 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
Participation information will be shared with ABIM through PARS.

The AAFP has reviewed Transforming Women's Health 2023 and deemed it acceptable for up to 17.75 Live AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of Approval is from 06/08/2023 to 06/10/2023. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
