DESCRIPTION
This activity is held monthly on Mondays at Noon.

This activity will serve Clinical Athletic Trainers as Journal Club format to better utilize research and evidence based practice to provide the best patient centered care.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Clinical Athletic Trainers, others with an interest or connection to athletic training are also welcome.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
1) Discuss general anatomy of the knee (Domain 2: Task 0201)
2) Describe how to palpate all boney landmarks, ligaments, tendons of the knee (Domain 2: Task 0201 & 0202)
3) Explain how to perform manual muscle tests of the knee (Domain 2: Task 0202; Domain 3: Task 0302)
4) Explain how to interpret and execute of special tests of the knee (Domain 2: Task 0202 & Task 0204; Domain 3: Task 0303)
5) Describe keys from the HPI for common diagnosis within the knee (Domain 2: 0201, 0203, & 0205; Domain 3: task 0304)
