The course is divided into brief lectures and interactive workshops. Lectures provide a conceptual overview of MDM and SDM including Mayo Clinic’s most recent research. Interactive workshops provide participants with tools that may be applied to individual practice and healthcare or research teams. Workshops provide space for conversations to discuss further developing MDM and SDM and implementing MDM and SDM tools and concepts into clinical practice.
