The Guest Room Rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes (which are currently 10% Occupancy Tax, 6% Huntington Beach Tourism Assessment, and 0.3% California Tourism Assessment), applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the Event. 

Resort Fee

The Resort fee for guest rooms is reduced to $20.00 (per room per day plus applicable tax) and provides for an enhanced stay experience for guests, which currently includes: Premium High-Speed Internet, In room refillable water bottle (2 per stay), Hydration Stations located throughout the resort, 2 for 1 half-day bike rental, Surf board & Golf bag storage, In room refrigerator and safe, 24 Hour Fitness center access, Beach Essentials (chairs, towels, umbrellas), Local & 800 number calls, Incoming/outgoing faxing, In room Chromecast streaming service, Personalized guest request texting service for 24 hour assistance, Sunscreen at pools, Daily Koi Fish feeding, Fire Pit experiences, Boarding pass printing, Access to the resort’s heated pools, hot tubs and waterslides, seasonal activities Any additional Resort fees applied to guest rooms will be detailed at the time of booking.

To ensure accommodations, make your reservation before the room block fills or before the cut-off date of Thursday, September 18, 2025. After the cut-off date, the hotel will accept reservations based on space and rate availability.
