This comprehensive course addresses the diagnosis and management of adrenal disorders. Participants engage with expert faculty in endocrinology, surgery, radiology, and related specialties to review the latest advances in diagnosis, imaging, perioperative management, and surgical techniques for adrenal disorders. Emphasis is placed on complex case discussions, emerging therapies, and coordinated, team-based care approaches that improve patient outcomes.

Target Audience
This course is designed to meet the professional needs of practicing endocrinologists, endocrine surgeons, internists, radiologists, NPs and PAs who care for adults in adrenal endocrinology and adrenal surgery.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Review contemporary imaging features, biochemical testing, and clinical context to the evaluation of adrenal masses.
- Develop an evidence-based management approach for mild autonomous cortisol secretion and bilateral adrenal tumors, incorporating comorbidities, biochemical findings, and indications for surveillance or intervention.
- Apply current diagnostic and management strategies for adrenal insufficiency and congenital adrenal hyperplasia, including glucocorticoid replacement, stress dosing, and prevention of adrenal crisis.
- Discuss current primary aldosteronism recommendations to screening, diagnostic evaluation, subtyping, and selection of medical or surgical therapy.
- Identify patients with pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma, rare adrenal tumors, or suspected adrenal malignancy who warrant genetic evaluation, specialized testing, multidisciplinary management, or referral to an expert center.
- Integrate adrenal imaging, biochemical and steroid laboratory testing, genetic information, and surgical considerations to formulate patient-centered management plans for complex adrenal disorders.
- Identify lesions requiring additional evaluation or intervention.
