The annual Mayo Clinic Florida Value Symposium serves as a commemoration among Mayo Clinic colleagues, offering a platform to share stories and examples of process improvements that positively influence outcomes in patient safety, service, experience, and equity for patients and staff alike. The symposium aims to educate, inspire, and galvanize staff to engage in quality activities that enhance the value provided to our patients. In 2026, the symposium spotlights quality improvement activities by staff under the theme: “Beyond the Algorithm: Trust, Transparency, and the Human Side of Quality”.
