ForwardQA: Mayo Clinic Model of Change
This course offers in-depth and practical training in Mayo Clinic's structured approach to change management - organizational and individual. Enrollees are asked to attend with a change in mind as the interactive design provides group exercises to apply knowledge to team projects. Key project documents/plans will be created as output.

Target Audience
*Internal Mayo employees only*
Physicians, Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Residents/Fellows, Students, Pharmacists, Scientists, Healthcare Executives, and any other health care staff member including but not limited to secretaries, administrative assistants, desk attendant, finance, food service, maintenance workers, educators.
Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this course, the learner should be able to :
- Provide 3-5 reasons why change management is necessary
- State the value of change management to Mayo Clinic
- Explain the standardized change management methodology adopted by Mayo Clinic
- Demonstrate how to integrate Mayo Clinic’s project management and change management methodologies so that the combined processes bring the desired change

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to cme@mayo.edu. When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
