The annual Mayo Clinic Conference on Quality serves as an event for Mayo colleagues to share stories and examples of process improvement, patient safety and service to our patients (patient experience). The goal of the conference is to inspire and galvanize staff to engage in quality activities that improve the value provided to Mayo Clinic patients.
