Attendees may reserve accommodations at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Resort on Sand Key at the discounted group rate of $319 per night, plus applicable taxes, through March 5, 2027, or until the room block is sold out. A separate $35 daily resort fee (plus tax) applies and includes enhanced Wi-Fi, daily beach chair and umbrella rental for up to two guests, a two-hour bike rental for up to two guests, and a one-hour paddleboard or kayak rental for up to two guests per stay. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Guests should make reservations through the course reservation link or by calling Marriott Reservations. Discounted self-parking is available for attendees at $15 per day; overnight self-parking is $25 per day and valet parking is $30 per day. Please note that the resort fee and parking charges are separate from the room rate and taxes. Reservations requested after the March 5, 2027 cutoff date will be based on hotel availability and may not qualify for the group rate.
