The Mayo Clinic Sleep Medicine Update course is conducted by Mayo Clinic sleep researchers and clinicians. This course reviews the latest advances in practice and research using case-based scenarios enriched with personal clinical experiences. The course is designed to provide attendees with a comprehensive review of sleep disorders and practical steps to enhance clinical skills and practice.

Attendee Bags or Lanyards - $5,000 USD (exclusive for one bag sponsor and one lanyard sponsor) 

Prominently display your company name on attendee bags or lanyards. Sponsor is responsible for sourcing the product and providing to CME staff to distribute to attendees once onsite at the course.

Showcase your company name and branding on hotel key cards used by attendees during their stay. Sponsor is responsible for coordinating directly with the hotel’s approved key card vendor to design, source, and manage all logistics related to production. CME staff will provide vendor contact details and hotel specifications to ensure compliance. 

  • Branding is seen multiple times daily by attendees as they access their rooms. 

  • Exposure begins upon hotel check-in, offering early visibility before the course starts.

Sponsor will be responsible for the following: 

  • Sponsor is responsible for providing speaker(s), program invitations and advertisements for the product theatre.   

  • Sponsor is logistically and financially responsible for any/all audiovisual needs for the product theatre.
