Dear Potential Exhibitor, 

On behalf of course directors Brendon M. Colaco, M.B.B.S., Timothy I. Morgenthaler, M.D., Natalia M. Werninck, APRN, M.S.N., and the Mayo Clinic School of Continuous Professional Development, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Mayo Clinic Sleep Medicine Update course, July 29-August 1, 2026, at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver.  

This course is relevant for sleep medicine specialists including MDs, DOs, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, internists and family medicine specialists, pediatric sleep medicine practitioners and general pediatricians, ENT specialists with interest in sleep apnea, psychiatrists with interest in insomnia, neurologists with interest in sleep associated neurological diagnoses and sleep administrators and practice managers.

The Mayo Clinic Sleep Medicine Update course will be held at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver. Guest rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate over the course dates. Room reservations can be made through the course website before July 6, 2026, or before the room block fills. Please visit the course website at ce.mayo.edu/sleep2026.  to access the discounted room reservation link. 

If you are interested in participating in this course, please complete the applicable Letter of Agreement Form, as indicated on the following page.  If you have not already done so, please create an account prior to signing our letter of agreement.

Exhibit Opportunities  

In-person Exhibitor - $3,500 USD 

• In-person exhibit tables are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.    

• (1) 6’ table and (2) chairs  

• Sponsorship acknowledgement on webpage, in announcements, and at break times during the course 

• Receive attendee list (name, credentials, city, state) and have access to networking opportunities throughout the course 

• If you are interested in obtaining an exhibit table at the course, please complete the Exhibitor Letter of Agreement Form.  

Sponsorship Opportunities  

Attendee Bags or Lanyards - $5,000 USD (exclusive for one bag sponsor and one lanyard sponsor) 

Prominently display your company name on attendee bags or lanyards. Sponsor is responsible for sourcing the product and providing to CME staff to distribute to attendees once onsite at the course.   

• Branded items provide practical use while maintaining visibility over the duration of the event 

• Acknowledgement on webpage, in announcements, and at break times during the course

Hotel Key Cards- $6,500 USD (exclusive) 

Showcase your company name and branding on hotel key cards used by attendees during their stay. Sponsor is responsible for coordinating directly with the hotel’s approved key card vendor to design, source, and manage all logistics related to production. CME staff will provide vendor contact details and hotel specifications to ensure compliance. 

• Branding is seen multiple times daily by attendees as they access their rooms. 

• Exposure begins upon hotel check-in, offering early visibility before the course starts.

Welcome Reception - $10,000 (exclusive)  

Sponsor the welcome reception for attendees and their guests and network with attendees and faculty. 

• Supporter will be acknowledged at the reception and recognized throughout the meeting in signage and electronic communications  

• Includes two (2) complimentary registrations to the course

Product Theatre - $20,000 USD (Limited Number Available) 

Showcase your product offerings to attendees with a product theatre.   

• 40-minute session with complimentary meeting room space.  Food and beverage will be provided by Mayo Clinic.   

• Attendee list, networking opportunities, and acknowledgment and recognition at the conference 

Sponsor will be responsible for the following: 

• Sponsor is responsible for providing speaker(s), program invitations and advertisements for the product theatre.   

• Sponsor is logistically and financially responsible for any/all audiovisual needs for the product theatre.
