Mayo Clinic's 31st Annual Hematology/Oncology Reviews 2022 in Amelia Island, Florida is a comprehensive review of hematology/oncology that focuses on the application of new clinical and research advancements and developments over the preceding year. The most important clinical management questions in hematology/oncology will be addressed in highly interactive sessions. Attendees will leave with up-to-date, practical information that will have immediate clinical application. Attendees are encouraged to bring portable computer devices to view the syllabus on the course website. Attendees are strongly encouraged to download the syllabus from the website prior to the course. Join us at this continuing medical education (CME) conference!

Target Audience

This course is designed for practicing hematologists, medical oncologists, scientists, researchers, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists and clinical research associates.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • List new practice-changing developments in hematology and medical oncology in 2021-2022
  • Select the appropriate clinical conditions in oncology and hematology using newly developed 2021 and 2022 treatments
  • Identify risks and benefits of new treatments approved by the FDA
  • Describe the most important management issues in hematology/oncology and select the best treatments based on current evidence

The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island is offering coastal view hotel rooms for attendees and their guests at the group rate of $285 per night plus applicable taxes. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made online via a provided link. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, July 5, 2022 or before the room block is filled, whichever comes first. There is limited guest room availability at the special rates; early reservations are based on availability. The standard hotel reservations cancellation policy will apply to all reservations. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. Guests receive complimentary in-room internet service. Rooms are limited so we encourage early booking. All parking at the resort is provided by valet service. Overnight parking at the resort is $18 per night. Day guest parking is complimentary. Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is located 35 minutes from The Ritz-Carlton at Amelia Island.
