Selected Topics in Internal Medicine (STIM) is a postgraduate course designed to update general internists, internist-subspecialists, family medicine specialists, and other primary health care professionals on selected internal medicine topics.
Registration Fee: $1,299.00
This course is designed for general internists, internal medicine subspecialists, family medicine physicians, and other primary health care professionals.
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Summarize recent updates, clinical studies, and new guidelines that impact practice in general medicine.
- Review updates and clinical practice strategies in the areas of general internal medicine, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, endocrinology, rheumatology, dermatology, cardiology, pulmonology, hematology, geriatrics, perioperative medicine, psychiatry and neurology.
- Describe management options for heart failure and chronic coronary artery disease.

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa. In order to receive the special rates, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the cut-of date of December 22, 2020, whichever comes first. After December 22, 2020, reservations will be taken on space and rate availability.
The resort fee has been waived.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

When cancelling a registration for a course 14 days or more before the course start date, a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee) will be issued in the same form of payment the registration was received. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
