Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Differentiate the appropriate use of multiplex PCR panels for diagnosis of infections.
- Identify updated imaging and treatment modalities for infective endocarditis.
- Define the approach to management of prosthetic joint infections.
- Describe new antifungals for management of resistant and difficult to treat fungal infections.
- Discuss diagnosis and management of Chaga’s Disease and Leprosy.
