We are pleased to announce that abstracts are being accepted for consideration to the Multidisciplinary Surgical Leadership & OR Management Symposium 2026. Abstracts will be accepted in the following categories:

  • Staffing Models
  • Quality/Quality Improvement

As a selected presenter, you will receive:

  • 50% discount on the course registration fee
  • Poster will be displayed on Thursday, February 19th, Welcome Reception and throughout the conference.
  • You are responsible for expenses (transportation, hotel, food, etc.) 

Submissions are due by December 29, 2025. Authors will be notified of their submission the week of January 12, 2026. 

 

Target Audience

This course is designed for healthcare professionals engaged in operating room leadership who seek to strengthen their leadership skills. This includes, but is not limited to, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, CRNAs, advanced practice providers, and healthcare executives.

Learning Objectives
