The Mayo Clinic in Arizona Datathon is a collaborative two-day event that brings together internal Mayo Clinic participants from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. Participants work in interdisciplinary teams to analyze a shared dataset and generate meaningful insights, innovative solutions, or practical products.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

- Interpret AI-driven results to understand what a model predicts and why
- Analyze healthcare workflows to identify inefficiencies and variation in care delivery
- Apply Explainable AI and process mining methods to real-world healthcare data
- Evaluate the limitations, bias, and trustworthiness of AI tools in clinical and operational settings
