Oncology Nursing Curriculum

This online nursing curriculum provides core knowledge for oncology concepts, medications, chemotherapy administration, nutrition, genetics and genomics, palliative care, and end of life.

 

Target Audience

This CNE course is designed for RNs, LPNs, and healthcare professionals providing care for oncology patients.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify oncology concepts including medications, chemotherapy administration, nutrition, and genetics.
  • Outline palliative care and end of life care for oncology patients.
  • Describe the nurse's role in caring for oncology patients and families.
